Get to know us
My husband Aaron started Parsons Family Catering in 2014 as a fun side gig, the name is in honor our his grandparents!
Aaron and I (Melissa) met while working in the kitchen of a nursing home and quickly became best friends, after 4 years we started dating, we got married & blended our family in 2019. Aaron & I, my two sons, & our daughter together.
2020 I took the reigns & we started our first year as a full on business. We have over 20 years experience between us cooking for large groups. We have a love and passion for food. The best part is seeing happy faces & excitement when someone tries what we have to offer.

Buffet Style
This style catering, guest will come up to the buffet line and be served by our serving staff.
Plated Style
This style catering, our serving staff will bring your guests a plated meal to the table.
With this option you would need to get counts of each entree from guests before hand.
Family Style
Which this style catering, guests are served dishes on platters to the table and pad them around like at the family dinner table.
Add on services
We have many add on options for additional cost including cake cutting, plate clearing, linen rental, and more
Delivery & Set Up
We bring everything needed for your buffet & set it up. Your guests serve themselves & you do the clean up. Everything is disposable.
Friday Meals
We offer fresh hot pre ordered meals every other Friday. Menu changes each week. Pick an entree, 2 sides, & a dessert. We now offer low carb, sugar free, & gluten free options.
Weekly Prepped Fridge Meals
Starting in January we will be offering menus every week, with pick up/delivery days on Mondays & Thursdays. These are pre prepped cooked & chilled meals great for those who don’t feel like cooking everyday, those who can’t cook for themselves, or just want the easy convenience on busy days. We offer individual & family style 4-6 servings options.

Include: heavy duty disposable plates & cutlery, cloth like disposable napkins, serving staff, plate clearing, set up & tear down of buffet line, travel & supplies, food, packaging of left overs, & taxes.
